Ok, so I noticed when I started up tomb raider, it gave me the option of refresh rate..Some games don't..Is there a way to globally enable 120hz in games, or should I assume that they all are.

nVidia inspector > driver settings > scroll down > preferred refreshrate > highest available(as apposed to application controlled)
If it's running in a window, it's running your desktop refreshrate(whatever you set it to)
If it's fullscreen, some default 60hz, some have refreshrate selection, and some use desktop refreshrate. The above setting will force the highest available refreshrate at a resolution.(so, you need to use your 120hz resolution.)

Haha well I think I notice it, but that may only be because I want to..

That's the case with everybody who has a monitor higher than 60hz... placebo

I don't consider that to be a gaming laptop.

45 FPS on 1080p Ultra with two mobile GPUs is pitiful.

My laptop with a single overclocked 680M in it maintains 60 FPS on BF3 on Ultra.

...what's the point of going with SLI'd graphics cards that can't even match the performance of a single GPU again?

It makes no ****ing sense.

Great! I don't consider the world to be round either.
