1,500 on the build in my sig.

After 10 years. I decided to finally upgrade. Starcraft and Age of Empires 2 got boring.

I can only guess, but well over 2K on two separate builds.

Neither of which where too audacious when i built them, but I did keep them upgraded for modern gaming pretty well.

Going off memory (for my last 2 builds which fall into the 7 year span) it's been:

3 CPUs
5 Video cards
3 Sets of RAM
2 HDD
1 SSD
2 Monitors
2 mobos (next purchase will likely be a new mobo/CPU/RAM combo)
1 Sound card (now i just go HDMI out of GPU)
3 OEM OS (XP/7/8)
3 PSUs
3 Keyboards (3rd is actually in the mail)
4 Mice
2 Cases
A lot of fans in the 120-140MM range
A bunch of assorted odds and ends (aeroslots, hardware, wifi/bluetooth dongle, etc)
Games I've played where you have non-consensual sex with your step-sister while half drowning her in a kitchen sink: 1
