For Linux as in I boot into Linux and scan my Windows partition for viruses to make deleting the viruses really unfair for the virus.

I have avast for both Windows and Linux so I can scan my drives from either OS. When fixing computers for others I use a flash drive with Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 on it. So far it's always worked for removing the virus/malware that people have gotten.
