I recall reading the 3820K is supposed to be soldered, is that the case for the 4930K too?

Someone delidded a 4960X ES and found that it was soldered, so I'd imagine that the 4930K would be similarly soldered. Same die and all.

i5 2500 seems to be doing just fine right now so I've no plans for an upgrade in the near future.
