Just checking back into the topic to state that Metro LL gets a consistent 45 frames per second on my hardware, which is very similar to the TC's, with all settings except for AA maxed.

So yeah.

Like I said.

Max or damn near it.

And proof that the TC need not worry. That build is fine if he wants good performance without breaking the bank too hard.

It's a good computer, you can run games at high settings, but that is right now... if you want it to last a few years, it needs a better graphics card. Again it isn't BAD, but for longevity, a slight upgrade.
