Nvidia or AMD. I'm a bit more biased towards AMD but willing to look at Nvidia's stuff.

AMD probably has the best bang for the buck cards with their 7850 -7950 cards.
Have you accepted Raspberyl as your loli and savior?

Is the 7950 a whole lot better than the 7850?

I think the 7950's in a good place regarding the price/performance ratio.
Keep on charging the enemy so long as there is life.

What is your budget?
Does it have to be better than your 6950?

The question is too open ended...

Sorry. My Sig needs to be updated since I don't have my pc anymore. My all around budget is around 1k but willing to go up around 1.5k. I'll be building in around 6 months or so. Saving money is a plus. Oh, and probably with a 4670k.

I'd say the 7950 right now. They can be found at around $200 and come with 3 free games.

I also saw a Msi 650 Ti 2GB Boost on sale at Newegg for $105 a few days ago. Mid-high card, but very good bang for your buck for those on a tight budget.

7950 would be the way to go imo.

Where do you see the 7950 for $200? Lowest I can find is $240, but maybe that's just me. If the 7950 can be found for 200, take it. Otherwise, the 760 is a better GPU for the price.
