Do you want to? If so, then play it. If you don't, then don't. Simple as that.

Since it's been a long time how can I tell if I downloaded the official hd texture pack? I think I remember I downloaded it but it says I don't. I think I downloaded a mod or two, how do I find if I did or not?

Do you have Nexus? Are you running off of Steam? If you answered yes to both of those questions, start up Nexus and run the game. It should detect everything you have downloaded and update the ones you have as needed. If you don't have Nexus/Steam for Skyrim, I have no idea..

You're wrong on just about everything you just said overkill.

To find the HD Texture pack, right click Skyrim in the Steam library and select properties. Open the DLC tab and it'll show what DLCs you have for the game, if you have the HD textures it'll be in there.

To find if you downloaded a mod, it depends whether you got it from the Nexus or the Steam Workshop.

If you have to ask us, you're not very interested in it, so no.

Thanks guys. Is the official HD pack better than the ones on Nexus? And do the DLC give anything extra besides missions? I think I might just download the HD pack then play the game instead of waiting for sale of the DLCs.

New weapons, armors, spells, dragon shouts, werewolf perk tree, all new vampire mode with perk tree, entirely new areas, new followers, etc.

I'm pretty sure I got a mod or two a long time ago on Nexus. How can I see where it is? I wanna delete them and download new mods. Plus I refuse to pay for their membership so I don't have a Nexus membership/account.

The account is free. You could just do a clean install of Skyrim.
