What's better for a mini-ITX gaming build?

The i5 is a far superior processor, the a10 has much better integrated graphics. Out of those 2, go with the i5 unless you aren't getting a discrete GPU

If you're not using a dedicated GPU, go A10-6700 due to stronger integrated. The i5 will blow the A10 away with a dedicated card tho.

What about the A10 crossfired with a 7750 vs. The i5 with a 7750?

i5 by far. Better yet, i5 with a GTX650 or HD7770.
