Not even. I want the personal opinions of other people on my PC and what they consider "mediocre". In my opinion, I have a good computer. Not top end by any means, but I don't consider it mediocre. I'll brag when I'm running crossfire 7990s or better.

One of the best desktop processors (as far as gaming goes), and AMD's best single GPU card?

Yeah, it's a pretty terrible PC. You should upgrade very soon.

apparently it's a response to this topic:

that dude's standards are way too high.
PC hardware doesn't need to match console hardware in price when PC gamers save literal thousands from the software they buy.

Not at all, that should max almost any current game @1080p.

This was the impression I was under. Since I'm unable to fully take advantage of a 120hz monitor, I guess this PC is on the lower end. Right.

I can't use my 120hz monitor fully either... So what? For the games it does handle, its fantastic. Monitor isn't going anywhere and my hardware will be upgraded eventually.

Only thing that matters is that you're happy with your own machine. That said, don't be a knob and underplay improvements just because your machine can't handle it. That annoys me to no end xD

I have a i5 3570k and a HD 7950 (almost the same as your PC Ha_D00D, having a HD7970 you have a slight edge)

And even with my HD7950 I've managed to pretty much run every single game I threw at my PC at 1920x1080 at a consistent 60fps.

Just as AsucaHayashi said, That guy in the PS4 topic has ridiculous standards that are simply unrealistic.
A fan is confident in the game they prefer being able to stand on its own merits.
A fanatic attacks the opposing game showing insecurity in the game they like.
