Two things straight away:

- That CPU and mobo are 1 generation behind so you're buying a dead socket (the CPU socket type is no longer produced and so you have no upgrade path). It's still a very good CPU but it's only worth buying if it's significantly cheaper than a 4670k - I don't work in $ so don't know what prices you can get.

- You want a 2x4gb of RAM so you're able to run it in dual channel.

You want a socket 1150 one. Any of the entry level boards from Gigabyte or MSI would be more than fine. Think you're looking at about 150 bucks (doing a quick money conversion in my head). Paying a bit more can get you a few extra features but a basic board will be more than adequate.
