Will this be serviceable for OCing a FX 8320? Also if you have suggestion please post. I only ask it's a Micro ATX form factor. I want to build in a Corsair 350D

8-phase power design? Probably not.
If you want to OC a high end AMD CPU much, you're going to need a beefy motherboard.
Want that Shield!

Most cheap mATX boards are not good overclockers as they tend to be 3+1 phase and have little or no VRM cooling (i.e. heatsink). Add that with a 125w 8320 and you could be asking for trouble.
