Keep in mind at 1080P or if you want to say 1440p but honestly most people don't have that yet, So lets just say 1080P...

Farcry 3 obv seems to be the winner for all of us, which is so odd considering the constant repeating low textures and crappy foliage I don't understand how 4 SLI titans can't even get 60+ frames in that game, unless that was fixed. At that point you can tell it is a problem with the game lol

Anyway. besides Farcry. I would say

Top 3

Witcher 2 with Ubersampling on of course
Tomb Raider with that FXX hair on, I get like 37 frames
and I believe Hitman Absolution. It dips to like 31frames.

but nothing beats farcry 3, I never tried it, but almost close to maxed out. I get 23-25fps lol. Maxed out I bet I would get 10. lol

Crysis 3 and Metro:LL. Tomb Raider actually runs really well for me with Tressfx on. | |

Probably Morrowind with the Graphics overhaul.
ADD, no. Where is the thread for Fallout OCD players?

Please take the Witcher 2 off the list. That game runs like butter compared to Tomb Raider, Far Cry 3, and Metro 2033.

It didn't look nearly as good either. Other than the textures on the clothing and the slick DoF, the graphics aren't all that. Overhyped!!!

Crysis 3. Metro LL can be demanding if you turn on SSAA, but that's more of a waste of resources than actually being demanding.

Out of all the games I have, Crysis 1. Still can't max that game. Yet I can almost max Crysis 2.

Metro: LL higher than 2xSSAA is probably the most demanding for me. I don't see how FC3 falls into this sort of classification. Ultra w/ 4xMSAA nets me a constant 50+. 8x brings that figure down to 35-40.

Turn vsync off and farcry 3 will run 60+ easy. Something is wrong with it. I max it out with a 670gtx. I had to edit the seeings to set a frame limit to keep from having constant screen tearing.
I would have to say Crysis 3 and the Witcher 2 in stereoscopic 3d is the most demanding. Skyrim with mods is also pretty intense.
