Have you tried running Games for Windows Marketplace before loading the game?

if you have the steam version, have you tried verifying the game cache?

Well, before I made this topic the game would crash on the Batman: AA logo screen, so I uninstalled GFWL and reinstalled the game. Then when I tried to load the game without GFWL nothing would happen when I hit play on the launcher, so I made this topic. Now, I installed GFWL again and the game loads but crashes at the logo screen again. So I don't know what to do.

I have tried verifying the game cache.

I used to be able to play the game a couple months ago with no problems, not sure why I can't get it to work now.

Which OS are you using? You might need to change the compatibility mode? I've had to do this for a few games. (I got win8)
