Cool cool and if I do decide to get a different case how would I know if it everything fits alright? I don't want to end up buying pieces and then some not fitting forcing me to get different parts. :O

Unless you are shopping for small, home theater style cases that blend in with your entertainment center, you don't need to worry about getting everything to fit.

As far as Motherboards, ATX is the standard for most PCs, with Micro ATX about 25% smaller and has fewer expansion slots. Mini-ITX is even smaller and only has one expansion slot.

Also, I'm suprised it's taken 10 posts for someone to mention this.

I would shoot for the "Excellent" or "Outstanding" mark, you can even skip the SSD if you want to save 100 dollars and don't mind slightly longer load times.

Messed with the case. So this is functional?

Also I have a monitor already

Pretty old and no HD capabilities that I can see. Can I stick with it or get a new one?

That's a good build. If you want a new monitor you can get a 23-24 inch 1080p monitor for around $150, but it isn't that much of a jump from what you already have. For 1440p it's about 300+ for 27"
