So yeah, I unplugged the keyboard from my PC and starting drying it with a towel and some moist Q-tips since I don't have any rice because I used it all for cooking chicken soup and pasta last night so now I don't really have many other options left. I have a hairdryer but I don't know if it turns on because I've never used it before since it's my aunt's. I hope my keyboard still works. What else do you guys recommend?

Coffee isn't sticky, so you might be all right.

However, when this happens to me, I usually unplug it and take it to the sink immediately and wash it out.

Then sit it keys facing down on top of a large fan for a few days and let it dry.

Personally I would unplug. Pop off the the keycaps, take it apart. Clean the keycaps, case and anything else I can clean (chassis plate) etc. Then leave it out to dry for at least 24 hours. Put it back together and hope it works.

If you don't take it apart and clean it, it's gonna smell really gross in a couple days.
