The 360 controller for PC is perfect for many games. But what setup can I use if I want to go KB+M?

Keyboard on your lap or on a tray table, mouse on the arm of the chair (assuming your chair has one of those wide, overstuffed arms).

Is that some kind of cheap ripoff of a la-z-boy?

I have a lap tray, it was made to make using a laptop in your lap more reasonable. It fits a 17" laptop and a mouse no problem, though my full size keyboard was a bit too big. I have a wireless tenkeyless that fits great, but it wasn't terribly reliable. I ran a 10 ft USB cable under my rug to a USB hub that I kept under my couch, I could fit the tray under my couch as well.
Every time I try to go where I really wanna be it's already where I am, 'cuz I'm already there

Maybe Lazy-E-boy is like an E (electronic) version of it... so maybe it already has features built in to support keyboard and mouse. Didn't even think of that. Usually "E-anything" means electronic, so he might already be set.

I only use my PC sitting in a chair. Barcaloungers make me sleepy, and lowers my concentration.

But you could try those lap tables thingy (used to serve breakfest in bed) and put your keyboard in it. If the lap table isn't big enough for the mouse, put a book or a tray in the arm of the chair and use the mouse on top of it. I would recommend the mouse directly at the chair's arm, since it would kill the precision of the mouse pointer.
