If it's loading cells, then it will eliminate that. If you have a weak GPU, then it won't. So just keep that in mind


Sapphire 7950. It's not just cells though, its all the time.Walk 5 feet and it hitches. Even with the "skyrim fix" drivers.

I was told to buy a new GPU, then told that won't fix it, then was told to get a SSD.

The SSD MIGHT fix it. but it might be something else. Skyrim is simply finicky xD
