Looking to pick up Unreal Tournament 2004 again for LAN play.

On Steam it doesn't say if it will run on Windows 8, but GOG says theirs is compatible with Windows 8. I guess I don't know if GOG does some optimization, where Steam does not. Anyone know about?

Should be the same game.

Steam page doesnt mention Windows 8 because the description was made before Windows 8 existed.

Only difference should be the lack of DRM through GoG
If they asked how I died tell them: Still angry.
