I think it's clear that Valve does not care about hardcore single player gamers.

When was the last time Valve put out a quality single player experience? 2007 with Episode 2?

Is it too much to ask to give your loyal fan the gameplay experiences that they want? (Half-Life 3)

It seems they are focused on making multiplayer experiences and getting as much of the console market share as possible.

At this point Valve should just give the Half-Life license to fans and let them make a kickstarter Episode 3, it's obvious they have no intentions of making a sequel to Half-Life 2 after nearly 10 years. (semi-srs)

Yes. It's too much to ask.

Give them a break.

Portal 2 (2011) says hi.

Sure, it had a co-op mode... but that doesn't make the Single Player mode any less impressive.

I'm surprised they haven't raised a statue of you in their main office yet. What a hero you are.

They've announced they won't be doing any more pure single player games a long time ago. Get over it or get over them. Your call.
If they asked how I died tell them: Still angry.
