Okay. How exactly am I supposed to get it to "lock in"? I don't see any way that's possible with my power supply. I have a Corsair CX 430 and a Rosewill Case 0-2 case. Please help.

What does the manual say? looks like it should just screw into the bottom of it?

It doesn't really lock in, there are some rail type things that sit on the side of the PSU, the screws are what locks it in.
