Try unistalling it and downloading from their official site for MSI.

Try the latest beta off MSI's site and make sure you install the Rivatuner Server as well. I use it from time to time to record since it's vastly better than FRAPs.

What you're looking for: Settings -> Video capture (fourth tab from the left)

No clue why it'd be completely missing unless your install got messed up or something.

yeah, i had no problem finding the tab on the old version. But the tab on the new version literally isn't even there anymore

MSI is great in that it isn't system heavy at all, but I find that the recordings tend to be VERY dark. I prefer Open Broadcast Software.
