Oh I forgot to mention... I am wanting to be able to use 2 monitors down the road. Does that depend on the graphics card?
How many Dragon Ball Z characters does it take to screw in a lightbulb? Only one, but it takes three episodes.

Nah, pretty much all GPUs support 2 monitors nowadays.

You might want to tell us what the components of your tower are first.

Hmmm... A $150 card might not play LoL on Max.
A GTX 650 TI would be OK though... they go for about $150 - $170.
and 8GB RAM is pretty standard.
