I've seen a nice 2TB drive for 100. The alternative is waiting for 1TB SSDs to be 250, i.e. a long time. Thoughts?

For that much you could get a regular 2TB HD and a SSD.

I already have an SSD. My current set up is;

128GB SSD for OS and drivers (plus the main game I am playing at the time).
500GB 7200rpm drive for programs and games.
6.5TB 5400rpm drive (spread over 3 drives) for data.

My 500GB drive is full and I want to upgrade to something better.
