for such a mediocre game. I am sorry. I was one of the biggest fans of Bioshock and I got too pumped by this game only to get let down but really a lot. Now I only played it on xbox but I just felt so bored once I got past the Raven dude. Like the trailers make it seem like you are always on coasters but you are only on them like when you go to the next part of the map lol. At least so far. I only made it to like the 2nd or 3rd part of guiding Elizabeth around but I hope it gets better.
I am giving the game a 2nd option but really using only that amount of guns really does bum me out lol
The gameplay certainly let's the game down, although I still really enjoyed it. I was bored towards the end because the lack of variety with the fights and enemies. All it does is throws you into a closed arena and gives you some enemies to kill, this formula never changes and it soon gets old. The powers were a little unimaginative, unfortunately the gameplay hadn't moved on since the brilliant orginal and you could argue it took step backwards, not good enough seeing the orginal is 5 years old.
I still enjoyed BI, but it was a good game and nothing more.
PLAYING - Grand Theft Auto V (PS3), Persona 4 Golden (Vita) MOST WANTED - Lightning Returns, FFXV, Watchdogs, FFX/X-2 HD, Killzone SF, Beyond Two Souls
What they showed in the very first gameplay demonstration years ago was not came in the finished package. It was way worse and boring. I can't help but feel the old and aged hardware of the consoles held back this game.
