Yes, it does. But now that I think of it, FBI is an initialism for more than just the Federal Bureau of Investigation, so you could say you were impersonating Rick Astley's band "FBI."

Impersonating a police officer is a crime really just meant for people trying to take advantage of other people by pretending that they're cops. It's a very serious crime but you should be cool for something like this.

I think he just wants attention or love for (in his head) creating a lol worthy name.. although. I did not laugh.

(edit) the real question here is .. what are the chances of getting in trouble for using someones wifi? Open or not.
