C for me. Especially in multiplayer. I might go max for a wee bit in say, single player just too see what it looks like, but when it comes to actually playing I make sure I get muh fps.

Call me snobbish, but the ONLY game I tolerate at less that 60 FPS is Arma 3. The game is worth the sometimes crappy framerates.

I never run at anything lower than native resolution (except when I'm playing a TV show in half the screen and playing a game in hte other half) but I'd rather run at, say, 45 with less jaggies than 60 with jaggies. But nothing less than 45 or so
