Does it only really add the start button? I am fine with Windows 8 and actually prefer it gone, can I run 8.1 and have the bar missing?

Are there are performance increases with 8.1? As in, will it load things faster than regular Win8?

I want to download it because it lets you set the screen territory of any apps you have which is really convenient.

Thanks dudes!(And dudettes)

It probably has all the same bug fixes and performance increases that Microsoft pushes out with a service pack, and I'm sure you could just turn the bar back off. Plus there's the newest Direct X effects and all that, that nobody is really using.
Once we perfect building Mechs, I expect there to be a factory in Mexico pumping out a brand call Mechsican. I wanna buy me a Mechsican.
