Use Joy2Key

Seriously, I don't know why people bother with Xpadder when Joy2Key has the same functionality and it's free.

Xpadder is much more robust. I can have hold commands that are separate from tap commands, entirely different sets of buttons by holding one or toggling, advanced macro commands, sequence changing on a single button (1 then 2 then 3 then 4 etc), and has many more mouse adjustments.
