Apparently not, since EVGA has been shipping out unstable OCs on Kepler for a while now. :)
Also, if you really worked for EVGA, you'd know the importance of reseating the GPU.


Reseating only solves the problem maybe 1 out of every 200 times.

I work with this stuff daily. I trouble shoot this daily. I know a bad card when I see one child
