Running at 4.8 you'll see improvement in most games.

4.3 to 4.8 will not be huge but it will help with PS2/GC/Wii emulation.

Performance gains diminish as you go higher. Going from 3.3 to 4.0 Ghz would have been a large difference. Going from 4.0 to 4.7 won't be.
