You could get the overpriced Stinky Footboard if you got cash to throw around. It's basically a 4-switch foot pedal that lets you bind any 4 keys to it (like WASD) for $120.

The MMO7 would be good. However, note that with the way the little nub is done, you would only be able to press one direction at a time if you mapped WASD to those. Minus that though, it's ideal for what you want. The software lets you rebind the buttons to any keys you want. It's also pretty comfy once you adjust it a little.

That footboard is AWESOME, but pretty expensive.

I may try like the Logitech mouse now, cause of the three MMO mice options it seems to be the best priced, and then maybe the footboard closer to the holidays. It really does seem like it could help a lot.
