I would wait until early,Mid next year honestly. The 700 sries cards should all have prices slashed by then, 800 series will be ushered in even rockwell cpu's will be released which i wouldnt get too excited about anyway.

That PSU should be fine for a 760. I would honestly recommend either spending a little more to get a 7970/280x or waiting until the 800 series is announced and see what that looks like/how it affects prices on the 700 series.
