No, Ps4 is a strong console and has GDDR5. PC doesn't lift.

He is right. No way a high end gaming pc can compete with the awesomeness that is the ps4.

why do you guys play pc then

its kind of pathetic that a 2000 dollar PC wont be able to match a 400 PS4 performance wise

I want to be sarcastic, I really do, but I'll give actual advice.

The price point is irrelevant, and is no indication of performance. Right now I would say a decent mid-range PC (i5 @ stock clock and GTX 560ti) would perform at least on par with the PS4. Three years down the line, what will be considered mid-range hardware will s*** on the PS4 in both price and performance.

And no, a mid-range PC is not $2000, more like 500-700 depending on who you ask.
