Okay, so I tried comparing PS4 MK and PC MK on the same TV. Not only is the bitrate significantly lower in the PC version, the audio honestly sounds like some 64k super-compressed mess. So the cutscenes are vastly inferior in the PC version. Why? Sure, lazy port and all that, but there really is no excuse.

Yeah , it is always a puzzle to me how a developer spends a ton to outsource their CGI sequences, then they put a crappy compressed version of it in the game. It is done in a lot of games, like Mass Effect and Deus Ex: HR. The stupid thing is that ingame scenes would have looked better than the pixelated mess we are getting.
