Ordered off the Microsoft store and so far my order says... Status: In process...

Is that in processing my payment or actually processing the order ready to send out?

You would need to contact the Microsoft store support for clarification. Different stores have different statuses with different meanings. Microsoft may not even differentiate between validating credit transaction and awaiting warehouse packing of the product and lumps all of that into one status called "in process".
