Wanting to ditch the stock fan that came with the CPU to an aftermarket one that will keep the temps below 55 degrees C. My only problem is that I don't know where to start.

I have found a few so far but would like other opinions on such:

Noctua NH-D14
Phanteks PH-TC14PE
CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO
Zalman CNPS9900MAX-B
Thermaltake Frio CLP0564

My budget is around $80 for a new cooler, as I am in the process of upgrading my PSU from 750w to 1000w and getting another 8GB RAM.

Specs are in sig if anyone want to know.
GIGABYTE 990FXA-UD5, AMD FX-8350 Vishera 4.0Ghz, Radeon R9 280X 3GB, G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB DDR3 1600, Kingston HyperX 2GB(x3) DDR3 1866

I have plans on throwing in another 280X in the future so I can Crossfire. Trying to get the most of the system since this is my first build.

750w is plenty for that. Save your money.

The H60 is alright, just expect to hit 60c under load when you overclock to 4.6ghz or higher tho. Thats what I am using but I have plans on picking up a kraken or something equivalent around black friday.

Using a Thermaltake Armor Revo right now as a case.
