There's a PowerColor 7870 with the reference cooler for $100 after promo code and rebate. It's this one:

I posted about it in another topic. One person in that topic said that PowerColor is one of the worst. A coworker of mine said that it's a good brand, but Sapphire and MSI are better. Your thoughts?

Sapphire is the most reliable when it comes to GPUs. XFX and MSI are also fantastic as well, so I'd go with any of those three before going with PC.

I've never had one, but judging from others posts, they seem to be a low-tier brand(not complete garbage, but not typically a quality brand). I wouldn't buy one because they typically aren't THAT much cheaper than other, higher quality brands. However, $100 for a 7870 is a pretty good deal.

Not to mention that XFX and Powercolor are literally the exact same cards with different shrouds.

I guess my next question is: is going with MSI worth the extra $15? It's this card, with a non-reference cooler and a 50 MHz overclock: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127722

Yeah, that one is a lot better. I would buy it.
