My options are kind of limited to what is in my local walmart at the moment (I could order off line, but I go back to school next week.

Basically that limits me to:

Razer Naga 79 ish
razer deathadder 69 ish
some sort of steelseries WoW mouse 79 ish

my budget is no more than 80.

The games I play:
Starcraft 2
World of warcraft
SoaSE
EUIV
and a few more, but mostly RTS, MMO, and RTTs.

Since I mostly play RTS games, which would be best suited for that. I would like a fairly large mouse that will hold at least a year.
Let us assume that for the sake of assumption that I am always right.

Are those really the only three mice available? The Death adder of the three, but if there are more options, you should list them.

It isn't exactly a large walmart. I would normally order online, and probably should order online.

What would be the best mouse otherwise?

Might take a bit of searching to find at your price point, but the Logitech mx518 is pretty popular around here, and is actually a really good mouse.

Probably won't find it at Wal-Mart but I'd recommend the corsair m95. The build quality is outstanding plus it has 15 buttons which is plenty for mmo/rts. I use to play everything from bf4 to civ5 to Rome 2.
Welp, see ya later!

Logitech G400S
Zowie FK
Zowie AM
Zowie EC1/2 eVo
Roccat Savu
Roccat Kone Pure Optical.
CM Storm Spawn

Avoid Razer products, the build quality is abysmal.

These responses don't make any sense to me, Naga is clearly the best choice for the games he plays, especially MMOs.
