If you have hundreds of PC games you bought cheap through Steam sales or whatever but you just haven't had the time to play yet, how do you determine which games you will play first? Do you still buy even more PC games you like when they go on sale too?

People deal with their backlog by buying more games and ignoring their backlog.

install them randomly play for 30 mins to a hour. If I like it keep playing if not uninstall possiblely forever.

Payday: The Heist seemed like a game I would never get into, but after installing it a second time I really enjoy it now. Likely because BF3 taught me how to value aiming.

Same here, same for a lot of people.

For example, currently only GTAV and Dishonored are on my "games I want to play list". If I buy others, even great ones like Far Cry 3, I will not play them. I have tons of triple A games like that. I bought them because they were cheap and they are good games, but there is no point if I do not play them.

Pick out a few handful of the games you're interested in and make it up to yourself to play them.
And stop buying anymore games if you can help it.

I have barely touched some of the games I bought during last year's Steam sale. And Black Friday is only a few days away.

My solution is to delay buying the PS4 until 2015. Anyways, it doesn't have the games I like currently.
Forget about XBOX One. This is my XBOX720: i7 2600 @3.4Ghz | ATI 6850 1GB | 8GB DDR3 | Asus P8P67 LE
Now playing: Yakuza 5, Bioshock Infinite
