AMD Athlon X4 750K CPU: http://goo.gl/RkUcEn
2GB Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X Graphics Card: http://goo.gl/2sCSdP

Asked this multiple times but need a reliable answer. I already got the CPU...so yeah.

nope, that CPU is going to bottleneck your card a great deal. MY i5 4560k and r9 290 get around 50fps in ACIV maxed out 1080p, save for AA

I had a similar problem that struggled a bit even with AC:R. You might have some issues. We have no idea about Watch_Dogs until it releases, but it looks like it will gobble up CPU power.
Fan of metal? Don't mind covers? Check out my youtube and give me some feedback

CPU should be stronger I'd consider Xeon E3

Something like this:

This system gets all 10s except for ram.

Xeon E3 80$

Ok well is it possible that I can use the motherboard and CPU I got for a cheap as possible build and sell it or make it for my mom? No integrated graphics for the CPU so not sure what to do with them.

Lol the Athlon will not bottleneck you "a great deal". Virtually any processor on the market is suitable for 1080p gaming these days. If you're looking at benchmarks, yeah, the Athlon is significantly weaker than something like an i5. If you're looking at frames per second in real-world gaming, there are a only handful of games that would struggle because of the Athlon.

Something like this...

By the way that build is SICK and cheap! So are you suggesting it can outperform the one I was planning on building by a lot and it can run AC4 in 1080p? Also I'll for sure get more ram than 2GB, I always am wasteful and never close unused windows so my computers get slow fast...
