Your CPU might hold you back before your GPU does. Wait and raise your budget IMO. Reach for a FX-6300 if you can.

I would definitely wait until you have some more money.

It will run them but don't expect to be dazzled.

Kind of a desperation computer. The kind you build if you absolutely need a computer right now and don't have much money. You can get so much for for a little bit more money. I would wait until I could get a better processor, 8gb of memory, and a slightly better video card. x50 Nvidia cards are not good, I would get nothing short of a x60 ( 660, 760 etc ) or a R9 270x. You want to spend around $200 on a video card, anything under really won't hold up for gaming too long.

It'll run them okay, but not great. I mean, that PC is basically an xbox one but with less ram. I'd recommend bumping that up to 8 GB, and perhaps go for a 6/8 core fx CPU instead.

GPU, you can probably wait until you get more money. 650 ti is nice, but it's not great.

In short, your PC looks like the one I bought 4 years ago when the equivalents of those components were considered high end. (original config on my pc had 4 GB RAm and a 5850). It's the bare minimum of what I'd say could run next gen games (even then, 4 GB isn't really enough).
