I like RTS games that have a system for resources because I like building up my base and army and all that. What I hate is when the level ends and I have to start over again.

Is there any PC game where you basically just keep going?

Doesn't have to be an RTS game either. I like turn based too.

Oh and by the way, I just barely got a semi-gaming PC and was purely a console gamer before that so I have no idea whats out there :-)

Earth 2150 The Moon Project comes to mind. Three factions, modular unit construction and resources carry over between operations.

If I remember rightly both Battle Isle Incubation and Andosia War had a carrying over of resources/assets to some extent. Andosia War did have you start from scratch when you started a new island though I think.
