Ah damn they used to be like 15 euros or whatever. Looks like they jacked up the price these past couple weeks...

I use these exact headphones

I have reason to believe it isn't 7.1 surround, and the box was written in all broken english.

But, they sound better than Tritton or Turtlebeach crap.

1. Get a set of regular music headphons
2. Get a soundcard with positional audio
3. ???
4. Profit
You can spend $400 on a console and $400 on a cheap PC, or you can spend $800 to build your own and have the best of both worlds.

I have a pair of GameCom 780 7.1 (virtual) headphones that I use for gaming.

Decent for what I paid. Look kind of retro, but I'm old so I can't talk.

If you check google you can find some round up reviews that compare various surround headsets.

Have you had any weird problems with them? My friend just got a pair not long ago and has been having "issues" with them. I've been trying to find someone else with a pair.

Surround sound headphones do literally nothing to enhance your audio experience, you're better off buying stereo headphones since virtual surround sound will accomplish the same thing.
