If you want the *absolute* best with no budget I should still have my $300,000 build saved somewhere. Maybe not a supercomputer, but pretty decent.

Case: NZXT Source 210 Elite
Power Supply: Corsair CX500 500w
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P ATX
CPU: AMD FX-6300
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
GPU: MSI N660 TF 2GD5/OC Geforce GTX 660 2GB
RAM: 2x 4GB G Skill Ripjaws F3-10666CL9D-8GBXL
SSD: Kingston HyperX 120GB SH103S3/120G

Get something with the following:

Video card: At least a GTX 770 or R9 280x.
CPU: At least an intel core i7 4770k since you have a $2000 dollar budget. Don't go AMD for the cpu.
Power supply: A good 650w power supply or higher.
RAM: At least 8gb
SSD: 256gb-512gb
Hard drive: Get one only if you need storage space.
Motherboard. Do some research and choose one that fulfills your needs.
Case: Pick a case that you like.

If you had a budget of $700, I'd suggest a GTX 660.

Which is what I'd consider for myself.

But for anything over that, spend the money on a better GPU. 2K is a LOT of money, you should be buying a 780ti with that budget.
