Check your fan speed, set it to max.

My concern being with my H100i 4770k conbo at stock speeds the temps were reading 60-75 while gaming which doesn't make sense. Huge case, no dust, great airflow. I possibly got bad CPU luck?

Silicon lottery. Not all 4770k's are the same. Some may run hotter, some cooler. And haswell in general runs hotter than ivy bridge.

Just reapply the thermal paste.

76/73/67/58 while under load so far.

Was sitting around 20-24ish idle. Still having issues... ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH will these temps hurt my computer at all? I'll replace the CPU and use this for now if not. I want to get my gaming in before I get my shoulder surgery soonish.
