No, Steam is.

Because of it people think $10 is a bad deal for a game and developers suffer as a result.
How the hell can a octopus live outside of water anyways? This is so stupid. -Fade2black001

It's up there, but I think the worst thing PC has right now is the whole early access/zombie survival craze that's happening. Something that people can't seem to stop supporting and it's encouraging some terrible behavior in the industry.

Why would anyone even possibly vote yes to this.

GFWL had very little, if any impact at all on PC Gaming. MS tried it for a few years and people didn't like it, so they got rid of it.

Other than ruining a decent bit of games, yeh nothing.

It didn't "ruin" any games that had it. And by "decent bit of games," I bet you can't name more than 3 that it LEGITIMATELY "ruined."

I'm not saying GFWL was anything great or that it even made much sense for MS to implement, because I don't think that's the case. But this is just another case of internet drama queens making something out to be much worse than it really was.

gfwl works well on dark souls. its hell of a lot better in function than steam integration which feels hollow.

its funny how religion is always marginalized while as some people a near religious fanaticism over a gaming platform.

No it doesn't. It is terrible for DS with nothing but summoning errors all the damn time.

Seeing as the worse thing about it was that it was just an extra service I felt I didn't need...no, not in the least.
