I never understood why people take issue with it in the first place. From how childish they act about it most of the time, it just seems like jealousy. And anyway there are much worse sigs out there, like ones that have links to MLP fanart.

This is a PC hardware board, what is the problem with putting PC specs in your sig... when most of what we talk about is PC hardware?

Better than that weeaboo **** in their sigs.
You can spend $400 on a console and $400 on a cheap PC, or you can spend $800 to build your own and have the best of both worlds.

What pisses me off is when people ask for help with something probably hardware related but then they don't post their specs. I see it more often on the steam forums than on here though. Topics that are like "I'm getting terrible fps drops help!!!" and they don't bother posting that they have a GT 620 when the minimum specs require a 460.

I like it. Definitely helps when someone has a hardware related problem, and just to see the different parts everyone has. I highly doubt we will find 2 people with the same specs in the sig.
