http://www.amazon.com/Koss-KSC75-Portable-Stereophone-Headphones/dp/B0006B486K/

plus the headband from these:

I'm serious, they are awesome and way better than the bulky crap that hurts your ears after an hour.

Believe it or not, the KSC75 are great headphones even for gaming. They are crisp, clear, and have a nice midbass to them. I use them more than my HD555.

Basically, yah. Just different headband design. Go with the SR850 IMO.

I'd go with these too, but if you're looking for something a bit smaller:

If you don't mind IEM's, the Monoprice 8320 (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007VEQ2UU/) is probably the best bang/buck set you can get (check out Head-Fi if you don't believe me). Only issues are getting it to fit comfortably for long periods of time as well as the cable being a little tangle-prone.
