So does anyone have any negative experiences with the Turtle Beach Z300, cuz if not that appears to be the headset that has what I'm looking for.

Can you give me a reason? I have a cousin who has a turtle beach headset. He loves it and it sounds amazing.

They are prob the worse quality headsets you could ever get. Terrible sound, they break easily and they're really overpriced compared to others.

My biggest gripe is build quality. I don't know anybody who has bought a Turtle beach headset and not had it break on them.

Turtlebeach tends to go cheap when it comes to build quality. Not saying they won't last, but majority of the people I know who owned a pair had them break.

Well I just ordered the Turtle Beach Z300 brand new on Amazon for $95. Hopefully I won't be disappointed.

Wow, lol. You will be, and you should have looked at other options.

Logitech and Corsair make WAY better products, but if you've never compared the the Z300 to something else you wouldn't know the difference.

G390 would have been better or the Corsair Vengeance 2100.

Also where did you find those on Amazon for $95? They're $144.99 on the Amazon site I'm looking at.

I will never understand people who post a topic asking for advice, and then ignore all of the information posted in said topic and buy some POS.
