I loved Fallout 3. I like Bethesda's template for RPGs, and I like sci-fi more than fantasy.

The game itself was OK, but the story in Fallout 3 was ridiculous. I actually bought the DLC for it thinking I would go back and play it but I never did. I did the same for New Vegas though.. New Vegas had a much better story, but the wasteland felt less like a post nuclear war wasteland and more like "I'm wandering in the desert".

I think my major problem with the series is that by the time the DLC comes out, I've played the hell out of the base game and I don't want to see it again.

Where's the "Mostly indifferent between Fallout 3 and New Vegas" option?

How can you be at day 5 when you made 5 of these in one day? My brain hurts now.

I played it, but at the time it crashed a lot and I didn't have the patience to sit through the flim-flam and get to some part of the gameplay I enjoyed. Never got around to going back to it.

Enjoyed and beat New Vegas and a couple of the DLCs for it though.

Check the original dates, someone bumped a lot of them.

I played it. I even cheated and killed everything killable in it. Still not even close to being as fun as the original Trilogy. New Vegas was "meh" compared to Fallout 3's "never again."

Yes. Blows chunks compared to Fallout 2 though.
